In 2011, after the accomplishment of a land transfer of 441 acres including the Wachang Village and Shangcun Village of Huize Town in Qujing of Yunnan, the limited company was registered in December 21, 2011 with a registered capital of RMB50 million. The company plans to construct an integrated industrial sturgeon base synthesizing sturgeon breeding, fish farming, and caviar processing, building the "Chinese Sturgeon Valley" in Yunnan. The base has fulfilled the planning currently and expects to launch full operation in 2014, among which the fish farming district is already under construction.
