This is the earliest company of the group founded in 1999, and the limited company was registered in April 2000. It currently possesses two breeding bases, which are the Beizhuang of Miyun and Juli of Huanrou respectively. The Beizhuang base of Miyun is located at the Beizhuang Village of Beizhuang Town in Miyun District of Beijing with an area of about 10 acres and a producing capacity of 10 – 40 thousand parent fish. It is the parent fish breeding base of the group with a water flow of 0.3m3 /second and a temperature of 5 – 20℃. The parent fish bred in the fishing ground here can produce the fry with a quality as good as those imported from Russia. The Juli base of Huairou is located at the Juli Village of Jiuduhe Town in Huairou District of Beijing with an area of about 8 acres, a water body of 4000m3 and a temperature of 15 – 17℃. Each year over 30 million of all kinds of sturgeon fry including zygotes can be produced here in this breeding base for high-quality farming sturgeons' fish and fry.

Founded in June 2005, this limited company was registered in August 2006. It possesses two breeding bases, which are located at the Shangwen Village and Xiawen Village of the Suobao Town in She County of Henan with a total area of 90 acres and a water body of 40000 m3. It is the largest sturgeon breeding base of the group in the North with a water flow of 0.4m3 /second and a temperature of 5 – 21℃. This base is capable of breeding fry and farming fish and preserves a fish stock of 40000. In 2006 the company was entitled as the "provincial high-quality sturgeon fry ground" by the Hebei Bureau of Fishery and "Benchmark ground for healthy farming of fishery granted by Department of Agriculture" in 2009.

Founded in 2003, this limited company was registered in 2004. It currently possesses two breeding bases, which are the Huangying base and the Laolong base respectively. The Huangying base is located at the Huangying Village of Wulong Town in Chongqing with an area of about 40 acres and a water body of 18000 m3. It is one of the main breeding base of the group for caviar produced in the South and preserves a fish stock of over 150,000 with a water flow of 1m3 /second and a temperature of 14 – 21℃. The Laolong base is located at the Laolong Village of Sanhui Town in Chongqing with an area of about 15 acres, a water body of 7000m3. It is the advanced base to breed sturgeon larva for the group due to the high water quality here with a water flow of 0.2m3 /second and a temperature of 17.5– 20℃.

In 2011, after the accomplishment of a land transfer of 441 acres including the Wachang Village and Shangcun Village of Huize Town in Qujing of Yunnan, the limited company was registered in December 21, 2011 with a registered capital of RMB50 million. The company plans to construct an integrated industrial sturgeon base synthesizing sturgeon breeding, fish farming, and caviar processing, building the "Chinese Sturgeon Valley" in Yunnan. The base has fulfilled the planning currently and expects to launch full operation in 2014, among which the fish farming district is already under construction.

The Amur Caviar Co. Ltd. Huize Branch is located at Zheji Village, Daibu Town of Qujing in Yunnan, this branch was registered at May 2010 with an area of about 77 acres and a water body of 30000 m3. It is an important base of the group for intermediate sturgeon breeding and preserves a fish stock of over 60,000 with a water flow of 2m3 /second and a temperature of 11 – 19℃.

Founded in October 2003, the parent company of the group registered as a limited company in August 2009 with a registered capital of RMB85 million added in May 2011. The Panxi Sturgeon Breeding Base under this parent company is located at Dalongtan, Panxi Town, Huaning County, Yunnan Province with an area of 50 acres and a water body of 20000m3. The water used for breeding here comes from the local spring water from Dalongtan, which is extraordinarily clear and pure maintaining a water flow of 2m3 /second and a temperature of 20±0.5℃. The sturgeons here can mature 2-3 years sooner than those in the North. It is currently the main fishing ground of the group to breed quick-maturing sturgeon with a fish stock of 60,000.

Located at Wulong Village in Zongxian Town of Qujing in Yunnan, this branch was registered in 2011 with an area of 60 acres and a water body of 16000 m3, among which 30 acres have been constructed. The water here has an outstanding quality, which is favorable to breed larva and farm fish with a water flow of 2m3 /second and a temperature of 16 – 19℃.
